In the Florentia Village project, a comprehensive technical management process was carried out to support a high-standard retail experience. Within the scope of the project, retail delivery processes were managed, and spatial integrity was ensured through detailed implementation drawings (LOD Drawing) and tenant design management. All these processes were combined with site coordination to maximize the project’s operational efficiency and design quality.
